Many people think that Pad Thai is the representative of all Thai dishes, but it's actually Pad Kaprao. So delicious.😊

Love this dish so much.  I had it many times and each time it was delicious!  Loving the way she cooks it here, ingredients so simply yet so flavorful.  I never knew how to fry the eggs so it’s crispy in the edges now I know! It’s all in the amount of oil and technique. So glad I came upon this video. 🤗

The background conversation is about condominium price in that area (including the customer lady having been living there for 50 years)
