Hi Anna, im only managing 3 hours of sleep a night, and i constantly wake up during the night. I really hope this video helps as you have such a soothing and kind voice ❤

Feeling a little less energetic and more tired lately because of a different sleep cycle. Will probably be going to my normal sleep cycle in a few weeks or so, but for now, your Reiki ASMR video will help a lot in getting to sleep faster. Thank you as always Anna!
