I swear the worst employees seem to keep a job longer than the excellent ones. Lifes mystery.

Sometimes I had money, sometime I didn't but I was always blessed and always had what I needed. Thanks be to God and his wise plans for me.

I don't envy the wicked because I know that they don't have peace which is a great gift that only God can give you

My relationship with God is strong. I was homeless for 2 years, waiting on my housing jumping from shelter to shelter or a friends house. At first I thought god didn’t want to help me. But I continued to pray and keep my faith strong. I finally have my own place, which I only pay $200 a month for; I’m in school and will soon have a job. God is good. 💯💯

I was a housekeeping director for 10 years. I always aspired to be the boss I always wanted. I was understanding, patient, compassionate, giving, etc. treated them to catering twice a year for their work. Gave them birthday presents. Filled in when they called off. Which were most weekends and holidays. Approved every day off request.
But what did I get in return? Attitudes, unappreciated, they basically plowed me over.
So what I don’t get about society. Everyone complains about their bosses being hard headed slave drivers who don’t appreciate anything their employees do and works them to death. But when those same employees get a boss that treats them with respect and compassion and appreciation—they plow over them and take advantage!
WTH?!

Believe me, I have been around wealthy people. Some of them are miserable and have no peace. The grass is not always greener on the other side.

I quit my job last year December, because the place was toxic, I became a toxic person too, I never prayed, I was the miserable person, I never made time for God, because my excuse was that I am working long hours everyday and on my off days, I need to rest, always worried about money, instead praying & give all my burdens to God. This year I made a promise to read my Bible, compare myself with word of God, not with the wicked people. I am at peace with my life right now, even though I am currently unemployed because I believe God will provide, like he always do. I am grateful for taking a decision to connect with God forever grateful.
