*IMPORTANT*: The Finn Crips Rye Sourdough Thins aren't of course gluten free, I don't even know why I said it; it must have been my empty stomach. I'm not celiac but am allergic to wheat, wheat flour and spelt so rye is completely fine. I'm so sorry because if you're celiac you can't have them. So sorry about the confusion.

Confession:  I am a news/political junkie so as an American it is so refreshing to find you for a comforting message and video.  Did you ever think of yourselves as a public mental health service?  Thank you do much for all you do.  It is so meaningful and rewarding to your viewers.

I am German and moved 22 years ago to London for my job. Just recently I went to a Booths in the Lake District. I absolutely loved it - it’s better than Waitrose in my opinion. I also love the fact that it is a family business - comparable to what we Germans call a Mittelstand business. This is very worthy of support.

Joerg and Kirsten, I forgot to say we were staying near Farthinton in Oxfordshire, self catering but we were near a cow pasture and all the flies flew down the chimney and neither one of us would eat in the kitchen. We went into the village each morning to eat a wonderful breakfast but half the day was gone before we got on the road using GPS. We did see Burford one morning, had great breakfast toured the town but didn't reach Blenheim until they were closed. The guards felt sorry for us and let us onto the grounds but someone was having their wedding reception so I couldn't see inside or the garden. We got another day to the town where the miniature village was, the one shown in Midsommer Murders. We drove around and around and couldn't find the entrance. Come to find out it was closed. I did see a much smaller version on the outskirts of either Broadway or Burton on Water, I forget which. I really love the hotel you stayed at Buckland Manor was it, near Burton on Water I think. I guess at eighty we won't get back again but I'll keep watching your adventures.

We are very serious about bread here in Kansas USA, and most of us are of German descent! We are called "the bread basket of America." In the 1870s,   the German settlers couldn't grow their wheat due to harsh winters, so they grew Russian red wheat instead. This literally saved their lives!

Kirsten and Joerg, every time I see another one of your videos, I think of your kitchen in progress. &nbsp;I hope it is going well and I cannot wait to see the video where you unveil it! &nbsp;<br>This tour was wonderful. &nbsp;Thank you for including us and sharing close-ups and so much information. &nbsp;I love the unhurried pace of your videos.

I&apos;m finding some really interesting places not so far from me thanks to you both! I need to try Booth&apos;s in Knutsford, this weekend I think. It looks even better than Waitrose. I&apos;m going to combine it with a trip to Stockport&apos;s Vintage Emporium, which I&apos;ve also found out about from you two!
