heads up if you're using the seamless co-op mod. The mod will sometimes kill important NPCs when you load in and will lock you out of certain endings and items. And will also sometimes kill your fire keeper which will make level-ups more expensive the more you kill her. This doesn't happen that frequently and it has been years since I last used the mod so they probably patched it already.
