She made a "jambalaya" or some sort of Spanish rice. This was not a fried rice. She just named it wrong.

I think Kay should get a "Cookware" sponsorship. Whatever the brand on that pan is, it puts up with charring things to cinders and cleans up like nothing happened. None of the coating is peeling, bubbling, flaking. This is a torture test channel and people should buy these products.

I think this might actually be a recipe for jambalaya. It would explain the cow-john seasoning, bell peppers, onions and tomato sauce, there is a lot missing but that is my approximation. So Uncle Roger and Emeril Lagasse could have a fit over this.
