Hakodate 3D2N Stopover (Part 1): 🍱 Eki-ben from Sapporo, 🍖Jingisukan Lamb BBQ, 🦐 Hakodate Asaichi 🦑🔪

🌊🏙️ Welcome back to Moonlight Paradise! And this time, I'm taking you on to the first part of my unforgettable journey through Hakodate, Japan! Join me as I dive into a 3-day 2-night stopover in this captivating coastal city! 🚅🍱 Starting off from Sapporo, I hop on a picturesque train ride and indulge in the famous Eki-ben (station bento), treating myself to the exquisite flavors of Hokkaido as I journey towards Hakodate. 🍖🔥 For the first meal in town, my senses are immediately tantalized by the aroma of sizzling Genghis Khan lamb BBQ—a local delicacy that I simply can't resist! Join me as I feast on this mouthwatering specialty and experience the culinary wonders of Hakodate. 🦐🍇 But the adventure doesn't stop there! I also take you on a stroll through the lively Hakodate Morning Market, where I sample an array of fresh seafood, seasonal fruits, and other delectable treats, all while soaking in the bustling atmosphere of this vibrant marketplace. 🦑🔪 There I encountered a scene that, I must admit, was quite disturbing for me — a live squid cutting demonstration. While it's an integral part of the local seafood culture, I found it difficult to watch and understand even though I got it on tape. So viewer discretion is advised and please skip to the next chapter to continue the video. Nevertheless, it's an aspect of Hakodate's culinary tradition that offers insight into the local way of life. 🇯🇵✨Stay tuned for more of my Hakodate escapades in the upcoming parts of this series!
