  That&apos;s 16th avenue. Lacey J. Dalton had a hit song called 16th avenue about the music business in Nashville and what Music Row was like back in the day. When I first moved to Nashville in 1993, I lived in an apartment over by Belmont university which is at the end of music row. I have taken many a walk down 16th avenue during my time in Nashville...

  Nice tour ! You&apos;re right about keeping 100% of publishing, that&apos;s a good topic maybe for a video. People get confused about that stuff , publishing vs. sound recording rights and what it means. I&apos;ve had friends dealing with these issues even after years in the business, one not realizing she didn&apos;t own her masters and another dealing with publishing splits and having to give away points to people who didn&apos;t co write in order to get the song on the album.

  Mr Ray Butts was the electrical engenner that maintained the gear the RCA Studios and was a customer of mine. I visited the studios many times in the late 70&apos;s thru the mid-80s as a young whipper-snapper slinging audio gear. Knowing the history it was too cool! Ray is also credited with inventing Filter-tron pickups for Chet Atkins which were the very first humbuckers ever made.

  Hey Brad, thanks for the tour of Music Row. &nbsp;I&apos;ve &nbsp;been a musician all my life but never been to Nashville, don&apos;t know why. &nbsp;Been through Knoxville though but not Music City. &nbsp;I feel like I have now with your tour.
