These are wonderful and lend themselves to so many possibilities.  After watching the completion of the bird in the floral fabric, I thought that stitching the area below the bird to give a bird's nest image, and stitching the background in the form of tree limbs would be an option.  <br><br>One of the wonderful things about slow stiching is that it's portable.  Just as knitters, crocheters, or lace tatters take projects to work on, the slow stitch projects can go along in a bag or case.  Be sure to take along a small notebook and your favorite sketching pen or pencil.  You never know when you may run across something that will spark an idea for a new pattern.
