  As a big girl its always a reality check for me when she says something that ive told myself as an excuse. Ive been going to the gym but i hate doing cardio and i keep telling myself ill start running when i lise some more weight so that its easier. But hearing her say &quot;ill start doing these exercises when im down some more elbees&quot; made me realize that i do the same thing and that its not going to help me in the long run. Amber really is an inspiration but not in the way she thinks she is
