  (Notes for myself)<br><br>1.Set up a work system that allows you to track and complete work in a timely manner (sticky notes, calendar app, etc)<br><br>2. Study Homework, use your assignments as review. You&apos;ll perform better if you take the time to learn from them.<br><br>3. Two-step method -- Blurt &amp; Revise<br>T ake a pause---do I understand? What did I just read? Can I explain it in simpler terms/my own words? Then explain it in those words. If you fail to do so, reread and try again.<br><br>Effective learning= understanding and retrieval<br><br><br>Utilize a program that uses spaced- repetition (ex. Anki)<br><br>4. Build a study routine. Don&apos;t try to wait for or set up the perfect conditions. Build a habit and DO IT. Better to do it imperfectly then never do it at all. Integrate this into your daily routine <br><br>5. Write things down, including things that aren&apos;t in the textbook or notes. Information from your professor is valuable, even if not included in PowerPoints, textbooks, or any study material. <br><br>6. Enjoy studying. There&apos;s pleasure to be found in the process of learning. It&apos;s hard to keep doing something that you hate.<br><br>(If you&apos;re reading this comment: did you watch the video?   1. Create a work system (Tracking assignments / tasks)<br>- helps with task management and finish assignments early<br>2. Use your assignments as a way to learn/review the material<br>- most of the time professors use questions from assignments on the exams<br>3. two-step method &nbsp;<br>- Do I remember what I just read ?<br>- Can I paraphrase or summarize it ?<br>- What do I understand from this ?<br>- Remember to review the information so you don&apos;t forget it !<br>4.   I used to have 16/20 , but the last year I got 14 , I know that&apos;s not that bad but it effected me a lot , that downfall was due to the stress so this year I promise myself to not let anything stop me + I am going to work on my stress ( even if I am so much better than the last year now ) , the first day at school is tmrw , please remind me to never give upppp 👍🏻
