Jimmy Webb wrote this at 19, I can't even fathom the depth of talent, emotion and musical ability that man possesses.

All you admirers commenting, I agree. A fantastic performance by Campbell. I just hope no one forgets the raw unvarnished talent of Jimmy Webb, Campbell's good friend, composer, and genius.

A very wise man once told be.......There are great singers........and there are fantastic musicians..........and occasionally super entertainers......however, every now and then someone comes along that posesses all of those traits and we only then have a LEGEND. That wise man would have to concur that Glen Campbell is indeed a legend. Even today with his failing health, this legend has more talent in one finger than most have in their entire body. Just my humble opinion.

Is there any one of us here who doesn't get a thrill of anticipation when we see Glen reach for his guitar? My heart beats a little faster knowing I'm going to get to watch a virtuoso at work.

Just listened to this for the first time in many years. Great days when a 7 minute song could rule the world. Excellent.
