  So cool to see you hanging out with Virginia. She&apos;s friggin awesome and so so knowledgable. I&apos;ve always enjoyed her guiding so many of my favorite food vloggers and it&apos;s always local holes in the wall with such fascinating stories and amazing food. This was a super fun one, Amy! Hope you get to go back home for a bit after your month away.
