Fun fact about Battlefield 2 on the original Xbox is that you can use the disc to play the 360 version on the xbox one/series x. The original xbox version isn't backwards compatible but the console views the disc as a license for the 360 version. When you put the original xbox disc in the xbox one/series x it will download the 360 version for you to play.

Splinter Cell Double Agent is also the only game out of this whole list that can be played on Xbox One and Series X/S via backwards compatibility for both versions

Peter Jackson's King Kong is an example where the 6th Gen version is vastly superior to the next Gen version

I had both copies of Burnout Revenge.  Beat it on the original Xbox, saw a new 360 copy for five bucks, couldn't resist adding it to my collection.  Excellent racing game.

I remember playing Burnout Revenge for a short period of time on the Xbox and then getting the 360, and my first game on it was Revenge. I remember there was an intro video for the 360 version that started in 480p and then switched to 720p and my dad and I were both blown away at the difference, and it was definitely noticeable on our 1080i tv. One neat detail I noticed, and it took me a while to figure out what it was, was when you're scraping against other vehicles the paint on your car will come off and only bare metal will be left. No one ever seems to mention that but Im pretty sure it was a detail exclusive to the 360.

Here's one for the next video. Suprisingly, Tony Hawk's Project 8 was released for the OG xbox and xbox 360. I never knew that the OG xbox version existed until a few days ago.

Just Cause, which is one of the most impressive cases of this. Amazed they squeezed such a huge game onto a disc. It's pretty full featured too.

The 3 Burger King games were also released on both consoles, on the same disc.

I think a mention to the Burger King trilogy would be nice especially because they change depending on which console you put them in.

Absolutely love this concept and video. Maybe do a 360 and Xbox One version?

Next gen consoles offering a completely different experience is a lost art. Graphics, performance, gameplay, etc. everything was different from one gen to another. Nowadays developers increase resolution and call it a day.
