  I haven't read any of Hume's philosophy,  but I have read his English Histories.  He is the first person who ever gave me a feeling for how politics really work.  I enjoyed spending time with his mind.

  Hume, Spinoza and Montaigne were the kindest and the most human among all the philosophers. Humes prudence and sharpness of mind is breathtaking. Thx for the documentary. Well done🎉🎉

  Yes! The author of this text on David Hume has truly understandood this &apos;fat, jolly man who liked his dinner&apos;. I am sure I would have liked to have David Hume for a friend. So tolerant, accepting and human.

  My favorite Sociology Professor reduced theories from more than 70 to only 7 groups and in doing so found that his favorite theorist was David Hume. Donald Martindale first introduced me to Hume and so as I respected Martindale I have come to respect David Hume. Natures and Types of Sociologic Theory came to be one of the most influential texts in Sociology!
