  If you plan on doing the other rest of the DLC&apos;s, here are some tips for making further runs go by smoother:<br>- If you skip the Devil Deal Room (that appears if you manage to not lose a full container of damage (Soul and Dark Hearts don&apos;t count, they&apos;re red health shields basically)) you get a chance of getting an Angel Room, which allow you to take a single item for free and it&apos;s item pools are far better than the Devil ones.<br>- If you are careful enough, you can use your orbital familiars to damage enemies at a pretty close distance, it&apos;s a risky tactic, but it works well on the weaker enemies, like flies and spiders.<br>- Be on the look out for the secret rooms, you get to them, by blowing up a wall in the middle of it, they can rarely hide some really good items in em, as well as extra pickups. You can find a secret room if you pay attention to the room layouts. They never spawn between rooms, that have holes in the floor, that prevent you from blowing up a wall. Ther are also SUPER Secret Rooms, that are usually tougher to find, but they can usually be found in rooms next to or not too far from the Boss Room.<br>- You can use We Need to Go Deeper item, to acess Crawl Spaces. Simply use the item under a unique lil floor detail. The Crawl Spaces are basically Secret Rooms, just harder to find.<br>- Be on the look out for Tinted Rocks, they can always have Soul Hearts and an item. You can recognize em, by the small X marks a top the rock.
