For people scoring at home and for the benefits of those with flash photography: I am now aware that NBA Live 95 and 96 are set to Arcade by default and not simulation. That's my bad. I still don't understand why a Simulation style basketball game would be set to non-simulation rules, though.

NBA Live 95 being given a lower grade than College Slam is WILD. Also, I loved NBA Action 94. It was one of the rare basketball games that felt like you were playing basketball. And it had the players, teams, and stat tracking.

With NBA Live, you have to change the rules from arcade to simulation.

NBA Live is a Master Piece! Change options "Arcade" to "Sim" and you have all the rules.<br>And NBA Live have "books of plays" tactics man! Amazing!
