In a recent interview, the Wayans' explained why certain characters return to each film after being killed off in the previous film. They basically compared it to cartoons and how cartoon characters can go through pure chaos and return unscathed in the next episode. 馃槄

This is an underrated gem. For me, the best of the franchise. Ray's fun time scene with the clown is hilarious. A fun fact, is that many people who see "The Exorcist" after this one, don't take it seriously because of this movie opening scene.
