  BIG question: if the police find a mortally wounded person on someone’s front lawn. The homeowner doesn’t come out with 1st responders in the front yard. Wouldn’t the 1st thing be to make sure everyone in the house is alive and OK????  (Before you know what we know now)

  Proctor has been suspended without pay, pending a full panel. He's on his way out. He also was the lead investigator on the Ana Walshe/Brian Walshe case AND Sandra Birchmore. The same cell phone expert on the Read case missed 32,000 texts in the Birchmore case. There is now a federal investigation into MSP because of the misconduct in the department 😬

  What it tells me is that she trusted him to go in and test the atmosphere, then he was supposed to come right out and get her BUT something happened inside, and then she thought that he just did not care and did not come back out to get her, so she assumed that he was inside partying. Unbeknownst to her he was in capacitated and was not able to come back out.

  I don’t like these police.<br>As a juror the fact that these police willingly drink and drive (in blizzard conditions!) shows me they have zero respect for the law and zero integrity.<br>It’s scary that they think they’re above the law and can actually manipulate a case like this.<br>Botched investigation- reasonable doubt. Acquit. And fire those “investigators”

  I was an EMT, when we were taught about our PCR (patient care reports), we KNEW that these could be used in court and that WE could be held liable if we didn&apos;t document everything! That is a HUGE part of the story, if he left it out it didn&apos;t happen imo...

  The one thing I keep thinking about is all these people are police officers and they were at the bars drinking/getting drunk then driving afterwards. They obviously drank so much that they don’t remember seeing them or not. They see accidents from drunk drivers all the time yet they were all drinking and driving? It doesn’t look good for any of them.

  How could John&apos;s blood be on top of the snow if Karen hit him and there was either a dusting or 6 inches of snow on him? So many things about this case makes ZERO sense!

  Just think how these 2 kids feel after John dies. They&apos;ve already lost their mom, then their dad, and now their Uncle John. All 3 of their blood-related main caregivers.

  Here&apos;s the thing.....it doesn&apos;t <b>MATTER</b> whether you <b>THINK</b> she&apos;s innocent or she&apos;s guilty. The <b>BOTTOM LINE IS</b> ...to <b>CONVICT HER</b> it has to be <b>BEYOND a REASONABLE</b> doubt...and I cannot <b>FATHOM</b> how a rational thinking human being could look at the evidence on <b>BOTH SIDES</b> and not <b>SAY</b> there is <b>NO WAY</b> you could convict her <b>BEYOND a REASONABLE DOUBT</b><br>But for the record I absolutely think she&apos;s innocent. I think if you compare the evidence on both sides there is FAR more evidence that something fishy was going on that had nothing to do with Karen Reid.
