As a guy who grew up watching the early days of MMA and the Smashing Machine documentary, being casted to play the PRIDE FC Ring Announcer for this film was one of the greatest honours of my career. I can't wait for you all to see the movie in October.

My dad was Mark's HS football coach. Mark could have played D1 football. He played both ways, primarily ILB and FB. He was a very gifted athlete and was all business game time. He was always friendly to my family. I remember him being an all around good guy.

I grew up with Mark, he was 3 or 4 yrs older than me, we wrestled in high school when i was a freshman he was a senior. He would always visit our wrestling gym throughout my yrs in high school. As a recovering opiate addict it was sad to see him go through detox
