I find it fascinating that Abigail is dancing “Swan lake” and specifically the part where Odile is in disguise as Odette. I love how she reveals her true face/identity with the ballet move. ❤️

I don’t think the vampire curse necessarily changes people’s personalities. Maybe makes them more feral but not evil. Frank was a bad guy before getting turned, and I can buy that he was already planning to double cross Lambert. He abandoned his family to become a monster and was willing to shoot Abigail when he still thought she was just a little girl.

By contrast, Like Joey said, Abigail was a child who never grew up, so it’s makes sense that she’s more wild, but we see that she is capable of empathy to a degree, and even Lazar seems to have some degree of fondness for his daughter. Frank was more of a monster than either of them because he was still human, so it makes sense he’d be a monster as a vampire too..

Before the very end, I was convinced that Abigail actually had no father and was the boss

"I'll see you around" isnt bad, its great! They're friends now! Abigail for sure was the best actor. The scene where she was in the cage, no longer acting like a child, all of her facial expressions were the same I've seen older women who are full of themselves use. So good!

The rats joke is meant to refer to the pack rats who he named most of them after but also to show they are trapped like rats without them realising it.

I’ll say what I said in the last one: The statue and painting are a reference to the Arnolfini Portrait by Jan van Eyck. The “woman” in the painting and statue is a man in medieval garb. It’s her vampire father. I assume it’s to give us a timeline, to know she was turned in the 15th century.

Abigail tells everyone her motivation for hunting and killing them, but we never know why she killed Dean. (Angus McCloud)
