Funny, there are smokers all over the USA waiting for a guest to try their recipes. From Washington to Maine down to Florida over to California

An American living in France, we BBQ a lot, but can't cook in smokers for 16 hours! <br>Found a butcher that would at least give me American cuts of meat! Don't do it often anymore, because of health issues!

There is great BBQ all over the country. Southerners have transplanted everywhere. It's not the geography that makes it good, it's the people cooking it.

This is what we in America call 'Pigging Out'. Let us know if you got the meat sweats!

Haha, I knew that low-and-slow Texas brisket would fix that skepticism! Once you try Terry Black’s, there’s no turning back. Welcome to the dark side, y'all! 🇺🇸🍖

A good BBQ doesn't mean sauce. Its all about the meat. Everything else is just extras.

I'm not sure what " Oh my days " means, but here in America we usually just say " Damn that shit's good. "
