Leona is 100% A or S tier!!!! You played her wrong in a solo lane, gotta bruiser, she’s busted with all that CC, just able to get all that damage off and stick on them

Leona is much more fun if you play her like an AD Bruiser, building Eclipse, Trinity Force, Titanic Hydra and Steraks.

watching that leo top game and him not getting flicker blade felt like watching a smolder not unlock their q the entire game fyi leo q stun is an auto reset into another auto for 3 very rapid hits and flicker would trigger 3 times for 45% reduced cooldown, not too mention leo suuuuckss at fighting without her w reduction active (not the explosion but while the shield is raised)
