  Daigo is 42 years old, has not played A3 seriously since the last national tournament in 2000 (23 years ago)<br>Yet he looses a close set 10-7 to someone who has grinded the game ever since in a mirror?<br>That should not happen, that is really impressive.<br>Good stuff.<br><br>Edit: Random fact, D44.BAS who is commentating with Justin is the only player to ever beat Daigo Umehara in a Alpha3 tournament (national A3 team tournament in 1999) during it&apos;s competative cycle (before it became a legacy game in 1999 when 3rd Strike supplanted it)

  It&apos;s because of stuff like this I wish that EVO was able to extend another day or at least dedicate a whole day to classic games on the main stage.

  A match we wanted see for a long time, Daigo in Alpha 3 against some of the best Alpha 3 JP players, in this case the actual best Ryu.
