Living here, I get to experience the blend of history and modern life every day. The stunning architecture, particularly the grand buildings from the Austro-Hungarian era, really does evoke a sense of elegance from a bygone age, yet it’s all wrapped in a vibrant, modern atmosphere that keeps the city alive.<br><br>One of the things I love about Budapest is how each part of the city offers something unique. The Parliament building, with its Gothic Revival style, never fails to impress, especially when it lights up at night along the Danube. The thermal baths, like Széchenyi and Gellért, are not just places to relax—they’re a link to the city’s centuries-old bathing traditions, and they offer a glimpse into the daily lives of locals and visitors alike.<br><br>Budapest’s history as two separate cities, Buda and Pest, before their unification in 1873, is something that still feels present today. Buda, with its hills and the majestic Buda Castle, provides breathtaking views and a more tranquil atmosphere. On the other side, Pest is always bustling, filled with cafes, bars, and cultural spots that are full of life.<br><br>The bridges connecting Buda and Pest are iconic, each with its own story. The Chain Bridge, for example, not only connects the two halves of the city but also symbolizes the unity and resilience of Budapest itself.<br><br>Living here, I can say that Budapest is a place where every street has a story, and every corner is filled with history and energy.   Ya lo comenté el otro día y lo vuelvo a reiterar. Budapest es una ciudad maravillosa, elegante,señorial,repleta de historia y de cultura. Un lujo para el espíritu. Me maravillan la cantidad de estatuas dedicadas a personajes de la vida pública y escenas &nbsp;de Hungría. Que envidia. Increíble paseo,chicos. Muchísimas gracias y un abrazo ❤❤❤

  Simplesmente encantada com esse Pais tão rico em história, uma arquitetura espetacular, artesanato lindo !!! &nbsp; Povo muito receptivo, em todos os lados uma obra de arte.   Olá amigos (Hugo,Nuria,Snoop e Mine. Budapeste é uma cidade linda com muita história e edifícios magníficos. &nbsp;Já tinha caminhado por lá em outro canal, mas não com tanto detalhe e história. Esse canal é o meu preferido. &nbsp;Amo caminhar com Vcs. &nbsp;Assisti as duas partes, &nbsp;é uma cidade enorme e bem organizada. &nbsp;Mais uma vez obrigada e um abração. ❤❤
