  My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this. ♥️

  Its 3am right now and I need to wake up at 5:45am, thank you for this soundscape audio. I haven’t felt so calm in ages. I don’t know if I have insomnia or just a messed up sleep schedule. Though this may not calm my restlessness, this calms my heart. Sweet dreams to anyone who’s reading this.
