Our justice system takes the path of least resistance. Plea down and dismiss. It's done without a single thought of victims and it disgusts me to no end!

Its not that the defense did such a great job its that the prosecutor sucks and cares more about the criminal then the victims.

So she "paid back" 22k but her charge is for "under 20k" ya the state is wrong not hitting her with the felony. She isn't even admitting what she did so theres 0 remorse.
