  Sham is one of the most peaceful youtubers I've seen. Can you trollers leave her be! If you don't like what she's eating, you don't have to eat it. If you don't like that she's staying home too much, you go out and have a great time. Stop watching her channel so that you won't be bothered by her or her children! People, please have some civility. For those speaking about how she has changed, kindly look in the mirror. If you don't see any change, that means you have not grown. Change is necessary to life! Btw, a person can lose weight, but ugly last forever!

  Good morning Queen Shameka and to your lovely family. Shameka, please don't let your little darlings out of your sight even for a minute, when you go out with them. Underestimate no one, especially with the children, because not everyone who smile with you is genuinely smiling, and this practice should apply when you are in Jamaica as well.   The exercise is my favorite and ps avoid eating so.much rice and fry stuff so happy ur njoyin ourselves lady sham ur so beautiful and very very special nat ur an awesome aunt so lovin and caring I jyst love the bond between u and sham ❤❤❤❤

  Shameka! It would be nice for your husband Colaz to fence and fix up your backyard, so you and the girls can do regular outdoor exercise.

  When you're cooking and you have children around please remember to cook on the back burner and turn handles to the back also, children are extremely curious and quick too.

  Leave Shameka alone this woman does not bother no one she takes care of her family. You trollers have some respect for her if she wants to eat a whole Hog it is her business she bothers no one. Give it a rest she is a peaceful lady so do not attack her. Love and Respect.
