  How these streams affect teens' perception of how normal people act really hit me. My dad (66) worked his last year as a teacher and was taken aback by a 7th grader making a sexual innuendo regarding him and his female colleague (30), saying this hasn't really happened before in his 30+ years of teaching. I had to explain to him how these streamers are constantly moving in these grey areas of fabricated sexual tension between them and their female guests and they probably apply that to a real, normal interaction between two colleagues happening before them

  It’s quite literally like that one episode of Black Mirror where the people in the bunker worked all day to be able to just consume entertainment programming, eat, and sleep. Then the one black guy decided to rebel against the institution by getting on the talent show and threatening to kill himself, just to then become a streamer whose gimmick is getting on live stream grifting with a knife up to his neck. And the cycle repeats.

  Some of us took “get the bag” WAY too far and started behaving like Steppin’ Fetchit. The King of Blsck Minstrelsy and one of the highest paid actors of his era… to make Blsck people look like buffoons. &nbsp;Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed all fit that “21st century Steppin Fetchit” model. Dangle some cash in their face and they justify it by saying, <i>“If I reject it the next dude will say yes.. so I said yes!”</i> 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

  This is a sign to educate yourself and work on yourself as soon as possible. Without knowing who you are you subject yourself to the same type of ignorance that Kai or any of these streamers have. Whether or not Kai or any of these streamers were aware of the side effects of their success, these issues they create stem from a lack of knowledge or morals before their fame. Rakai is the best example that immense fame and success at a young age breeds ignorance. He’s not even an adult, no time to learn, no time to experience. Content is his life like all these other streamers. Find yourself, and be the change you want to see within the world.
