We were in Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo and Kanazawa recently. We also had a fantastic time. We stayed at Japanese brand hotels, and they also had fantastic breakfast buffets. It's hard not to shop in-between site seeing! And the food at most of the restaurants we went to was fabulous! People are very polite and helpful overall in Japan.
