I was in an unhealthy relationship, and eventually, I walked away from it. After it ended, I felt incredibly lonely. That loneliness made me believe I needed another partner to fill the emptiness. But when I was in that unhealthy relationship, all I wanted was to be alone.

Over time, I realized something important: I don't need another person to complete me. I can nurture my own soul and find peace in my own company. The people who truly care about us are the ones who respect our need for solitude while continuing to support us with love and understanding.

The ramen booth isn't really about hiding from people. It's about finally having permission to enjoy your own company without feeling like you have to explain yourself. That's such a refreshing perspective.

This video reminds me that introverts can be lonely in a group of people but really enjoy alone time. It's not always about being with other people.

I have a healthy relationship with everyone, but I feel comfortable being alone. It doesn't mean that I hate people, I just know what I need to recharge my energy. Sometimes I go on trips, eat at restaurants, or watch movies alone. Other times, I do these activities with my family, friends, or coworkers.

I’m not going to act like one quiz suddenly fixed my entire life, because it didn’t. But after years of trying random manifestation techniques, Elara Vance arche type quiz was the first thing that gave me an approach that actually felt suited to me. My result made a lot of things click. If you feel like you’re constantly guessing, try it. It’s free anyway.

That’s why I love going to Japan. So nice for introverts like me and can’t wait to go back again

Solo travelling is the best thing in the world. You can decide everything for yourself, with no other person pulling you back. I remember being very lonely a couple of years ago, but when I started solo travelling, my life has changed since. This is my thing now

I felt happy when I went to Disneyland alone, walked around and tried every single ride, watched parade and enjoy the show
