This was typical Biden! Incoherent, argumentative, not knowing what the hell he was talking about! They blamed his incompetence as POTUS on geriatrics, not necessarily true. He was always a buffoon, only in a small state, monopolized by a single political party, playing to special interests, could a moron like Biden get repeatedly reelected. When I asked Delawareans to name a single piece of legislation Biden championed as a Senator, they named the 'Crime Bill'. This was the bill he apologized for championing, when he ran for President. Incredibly, he finally approved the nomination of Scalia, after rambling his way through his questioning. He was typical Biden here: unprepared, confused, suffered from his own prejudices. After Justice Scalia sat on the Supreme Court, Biden once again decided to change his mind and stated that had he have the chance again, he would have voted against the Scalia nomination. Good God, why must we have to be tortured with these morons in Congress.
