  I remember Yakuza 0 being the game that helped me out of depression and i was a diehard fan of the series and played everything in the series until 7 and Gaiden. Everyone praised the yakuza series cause they delivered amazing quality in their games at a decent and affordable price compared to other studios which were devoured by corporate greed. But since Kiwami 3 and Yakuza 0 director&apos;s cut made me drop them off completely cause RGG fell to the same corporate greed and it hurts A Lot

  This is why I doubt Sega would ever do a Capcom like comeback. They (the C-Suites/top brass) just seem to refuse to NOT crap the bed as soon as things start to look up

  Ichiban and Kiryu are kinds the same guy. Only difference is Ichiban is factually insane and a huge Dragon Quest nerd. That must mean Kiryu is a big time fighting game fan.

  the original yakuza was my entry to the series, and i only rediscovered it again with zero in 2019.<br>playing the entire series until infinite wealth and seeing all those characters that both kiryu and i grew with was really unique, never felt so attached to a franchise like that.<br>i remember singing &quot;hands&quot; for the first time and dont batting a eye, now that i have a son, every time that i hear that song tears fill my eye, strange to think that a simple game makes me feel this emotional.

  Paid NG+ started with 7 in Japan, the global version had it built in by default though.
