  In Japan when something breaks and you try to put it back together it’s called,” Kintsugi” ,but here I’ll use “ wabi- sabi” , meaning to embrace the flaws or imperfection. Caron was lied to and humiliated but tried to embrace Hazel imperfection ( lies). And try to fix it ( wabi- sabi) . Carson showed way more forgiveness than Hazel deserved. Nice story keep them coming.

  I would never take you back.  Cheaters cheat, Liars lie, something in them allows them to justify it.  Trust once broken can never be repaired, the doubt is there forever.

  If her best friend is a guy, save your time unless you like being in a 3 way relationship where you have the minor vote. Honestly, the guy was a fool for staying with her in the beginning. She told him who she was and he ignored it for a comfortable lie. The fool took her back...again. It's hard to feel sympathy for a man who isn't smart enough to save himself from a person who spent their entire relationship in a lie. None of it was real. It was managed.

  Even if I wanted to come back and give her another chance you would always have that image pop into your head at odd times. Her with him and the reminder of her cheating. How could you ever truly trust that person again? Being drunk is never an excuse. If you cannot control yourself never drink around anyone but your spouse.
