My biological father was a sadist and pedophile, and I was his subject for 4 years during early childhood. It always brings me comfort to turn to a priest whom I feel safe calling 'Father'. Your role is indispensable.

It always consoles and mystifies me that Fr. was ordained the same year as I. We are well reminded not to compare ourselves to each other in this life. He is certainly glorifying God and building up the Church with his unique talents.
