I’m sorry but how does stopping a car for no insurance give them the right to haul everyone out of the car and ask them questions? What relevance does where they are going have to do with the infraction?

The cop are always fishing, trying to do anything and everything to make an arrest. It's not about enforcing or up-holding the law. Its all about getting that fixed. Arresting someone or getting someone's I D is like getting getting high on drugs for them. They have got to do one or the other.
