  Loved this one. If you ever do another Copenhagen food tour, I’d definitely add Fleisch in Kødbyen to the list.<br><br>It’s a very different vibe from the places in this video – much more raw and relaxed, right in the old Meatpacking District, with a big focus on meat, grill and classic Copenhagen atmosphere.<br><br>One of my regular spots and I’d genuinely be curious to see what you guys think of it.

  Noma’s impact on the quality of the Copenhagen food scene is astounding. Not because everyone is trying to mimic Noma, but the tidal wave it created of focus on quality and pride in the work is remarkable. Even in like completely “average” Copenhagen restaurants you will get an great meal nowadays. That was not the case 20 years ago.

  you know, its a great concept. I am wondering always why these chefs at the top of their game (3 michelin etc.) don&apos;t become cultural icons outside of cooking. This is great to showcase the ability of the smart people in this interesting industry. I think s3 is pioneering something here. thank you! 🥂

  VIce&apos;s chef&apos;s night out was a fun series back in the day when Vice was still good. Doing the same with Michelin chefs is a great idea!

  Absolutely love this series! Copenhagen is hands down one of my favourite food cities too. You’ve really captured the spirit and incredible culinary diversity there. Can’t wait for the next city! 🙌🍴✨

  I won&apos;t lie, as someone who&apos;s met Eroc Vildgaard, he&apos;s just an overall really nice and friendly guy. &nbsp;Strongly recommend Jordnær to anyone with the money for it.
