Nobody has a right to question why you spend money on good equipment. When they need a tow, they'll be glad YOU have it !!! Good for you, you bless others and God blesses you back.

Awesome truck! My kids did a little math. $175000 truck at $300 or so for an illegal tow is about 584 tows. I think you need to charge more!😂

Jeff you guys don't owe anyone an explanation for your fees. You've gone from towing cars to your house to a yard now. You have rent, insurance and cameras everywhere. Nothing is cheap! Keep on keeping on. We love your channel and especially you, Kristen, Covin and Kendra! Best wishes from North Carolina!

Congratulations on your new purchase. I laugh when people are upset about your prices. Here's an idea, pay to park! Running a business is expensive. Good job!

I love that Jeff and Kristen are so down to earth and personable. Kristen gets right into the physical work involved in towing and also points out possible dangers to Jeff. Great team.

People are quick to complain and give you grief but never bother to applaud you for all the positive things you do for your community and customers.
