The massive turnout of over 30,000 patrons at Dancehall artist Alkaline's inaugural New Rules Festival on March 25, 2017, was widely documented by regional outlets, with media reports attributing the official figures directly to Rickardo Shuzzr, Alkaline's chief entertainment publicist and CEO of Shuzzr Media.

Major media platforms that initially publicized and continuously verified this report include:

• The Jamaica Star: Reported the milestone of 30,000+ attendees at the National Stadium car park in Kingston when documenting the festival’s timeline and eventual return home.

• DancehallMag: Consistently confirmed the 30k figure as a benchmark performance that cemented Alkaline's status following his Billboard-topping debut album.
