  With the R word it wasn&apos;t a slur in the West until people decided it was to try &quot;cancel,&quot; people but now nobody cares anymore so it isn&apos;t one anymore.<br>Soft and hard N word is the one that ends in a is the soft one and the one that ends in er is the hard one, back in the day the one ending in a used to be fine to say but much like the R word people retroactively made it a cancellable word.

  One of favorite feelings i&apos;ve ever had in my life is locking in Teemo support into engage support bot lane and watching the meltdown from my own team or just watching all chat go crazy because enemy team loses their mind because of the shrooms. Mainstream behavior followed the money and people started shying away from controversial language. Celebrities were especially prone to virtue signalling to make themselves feel good or just to be more popular. That being said, the r-word isn&apos;t as offensive as the other words and some people still say it without getting cancelled.
