“Chivalrous, brave, and smart as a bag of hammers.” Scott McNeil, the voice of BW Silverbolt

I love how the comic's explanation for the origin of ALMOST EVERY G1's combiners is essentially "it's came to me in a dream."

Been a while since we’ve had a cosmically powered Starscream mention

I like both Silverbolts. But, I'm a Beast Wars guy. So I gotta go with the bird-dog. Helps that wolves are my favorite animal

I love both of the iconic Silverbolts. The Aerialbot leader and the noble fuzor are very different but well made characters that equally own the name.

Theres something about the original silverbolt that really makes him a really cool leader. The fact that despite being this powerful leader, he still has fear, is so charming. Like Hotspot is just known to be a brave amazing warrior that's just perfect. (Which is why I like Roll Out, cuz it gives him more personality) Silverbolt is almost kinda relatable.

Here in Latinamerica, the cartoon dub name for Silverbolt was "Lobo Plateado" , which translates to Silver Wolf instead, which is IMO a better fit and something that helps set both incarnations apart. And then, the dub for Beast Machines turned everyone's names back to the english names...except for Silverbolt for some reason, meaning he was a purple condor named silver wolf.
