<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9biLTDFKz44&t=970">16:10</a> butter melts at 90F/32C. Ideal proofing temperature is between 75F/24C and 82F/28C. At home i would recommend proofing at room temperature rather than in the oven. Better to have the proof take 3 hours then melt your hard work
