That underground, experimental side of techno drives me crazy; you can tell there's a much higher level of quality here.

Nothing better than listening techno legends doing proper live techno.

Danke vom ❤

After 2 years of drooling over various STOOR live recordings (including the SHS series), I decided to travel to the Netherlands to see and hear this show in person. Very happy I did. Fantastic performance from all the artists, including Erika and Vril whose styles I had not yet learned to appreciate before I heard them in this context. The hall became a bit too packed with people for me during the last 2 hours, so I had to take a couple of breaks on the gallery/2nd floor where I could still enjoy the show. What a nice venue Paradiso is. Props to the PA and lighting engineers who set up the event. I hope to come back and see + hear a STOOR performance again. Thanks a lot, and thanks for publishing the recording.

Btw, I hope this and other recent sets will eventually appear on Soundcloud and/or someplace else (even Bandcamp?), with less aggressive data compression done to the audio. With critical listening and a big/good system you can hear some harsh artefacts at certain points. It seems a bit odd to crunch the audio stream to an average of sub-130kbit/s for what (at least to me) is mainly a musical recording, while the video stream flows at an average rate of over a megabyte every second. Not that I don't enjoy what we already get here - even for free - but I would gladly pay for a lossless copy of the audio recording of this, as well as other previous STOOR sets. Cheers!

Sync issues and all the music that came out of this session is INSANE! What they were able to pull out and pull through is fucking amazing soooo fucking good! Shout out to Function a true master of techno music, as is is everyone in this session. Fantastic capture.
