  For the mulch one I can imagine the discovery just being a piece of jewellery that we know the missing character wore that is seen in the dirt. Like a necklace that is made into a major part of the character that, after they go missing, is found in the dirt with blood residue on it

  One I&apos;ve thought of is, deliberately not triggering the BDA. Someone finds a dead body, and they go to everyone else and say &quot;Hey guys... Jims dead in the Library. If we don&apos;t want to go through a trial where we could literally all die. Lets barricade it up so we don&apos;t trigger an investigation/trial.&quot;

  I&apos;d like to throw 3 ideas into the ring.<br>1, Several Accomplices.<br>Example: Due to a Motive or through some secondary agenda, At least 4 people get involved in a murder scheme, Maybe even involving the victim themselves, Could have fake testimony saying the victim was seen well past when they actually Died.<br>2, You Witness the Murder.<br>Example: Your alone with someone when a trap goes off and the Victim dies right Infront of your eyes, not great for the protag is likely to be framed for this.<br>3, Murder Mid-Trial.<br>Example: Likely through a Slow Poison, a Character snuffs it in the middle of the trial, Maybe right as they where about to drop vital testimony, could be done by the killer already or someone else.

  protagonist who starts out as kind of a bad person attempts to murder someone, flees thinking they got away with it, but unbeknownst to them someone else came and finished them off, so like 95% of the evidence is stuff <b>you</b> left and for most of the trial you&apos;re genuinely trying to defend yourself and get away with it

  Not exactly a twist but I&apos;ve always thought that having a split vote would be entertaining. The trials always end unanimously and I think having the player forced to try and convince one more person instead of everyone agreeing with them would be a good different.

  Not necessarily 2x2 coded, but a fun twist to the formula I&apos;ve had in mind if I ever did a fangan content was: <br><br>- Voting wrong doesn&apos;t end the killing game. The way I had it in mind, was that the person you vote for is who gets executed, REGARDLESS if they&apos;re the right person or not. For example let&apos;s say in chapter 1 of DR THH everyone voted Kyoko instead of Leon. Monokuma would execute Kyoko via the baseball machine and everyone would realize in horror that the themed execution means Leon was the killer as he walks away free, leaving the rest of them to continue the killing game knowing they got another innocent person killed. Sorta similar to Makoto taking the fall for killing Mukuro in chapter 5

  The truly horrifying version of the last one; the body discovery announcement goes off when dinner is served.<br><br>On the going missing topic; I like the idea of an honest self-defense murder, where the blackened then hides the body in the hopes of never having a trial (because they don’t want to die, but they also don’t want to kill everyone else from a failed trial).<br><br>I’d also like to see a true accidental death. &nbsp;Again we get flavors of it from Chiaki, but I mean someone dying from a true series of coincidences and bad luck where the trial is not just about figuring out WHAT happened, but trying to determine who counts as responsible in Monokuma’s eyes.<br><br>We once did a very goofy trial in an RP where the device that tracks people’s vitals was damaged, causing one of the surviving students to register as “dead” to the computer system, and we ran a whole trial where the “victim” was an active participant.

  I had a dream where a pair of identical twins, one the ultimate trader, one the ultimate traitor, spent so much time mimicking each other that they genuinely don&apos;t even remember which is which. One kills the other, but despite the fact that the killer is obviously the living twin, it&apos;s actually impossible to solve because not even the killer knows who&apos;s who.

  I’ve been toying around with an idea where someone sets up a trap, but gets killed by someone else. Then a few chapters later, the trap ends up getting sprung by a different character, making the blackened a previous victim.<br><br>My concepts have even done that thing you mentioned where Monokuma ragdolls the corpse through a Rube Goldberg machine just so he doesn’t feel robbed of an execution.<br><br>It could also set up some paranoia where there could be any number of traps around the school that could go off at any moment.

  You&apos;ve said you&apos;re good at writing jokes, not murders, but I&apos;d like to see a fanganronpa written by you where the entire killing game is clownery and fuck ups and nobody is doing adequately but somehow every murder gets solved anyways
