Hey Chris, I’m never able to catch you live but I’m watching you now and you had me at coffee. I just ordered some. Can’t wait to try it.

Hi Chris!! I have been busy lately so I've not been catching the live streams but I am watching all the replays. You introduced and sold me on the Poncho brand shirts!! I had to tell you I wanted to get some Poncho shirts for my husband and father-in-law for Father's Day and had the same experience you had and just ended up buying them all new shirts on the website with the BOGO promotion they had going on!! Thanks so much for sharing your experiences and advice with everyone!!

Hi Chris, Watching on replay as usual. Sourcing today - I found a pair of Birdwell Beach Britches shorts. Grabbed them and threw them in the cart without really looking closely. Photographing them right now, and the label actually says Manufactured for CC Filson. Looks like good sell thru on eBay. I had no idea they had this collaboration. One more item to add to the BOLO list.

A bit of aside on this one...

Question re the pictures. After the item is active. The pictures are embedded in the listing. Not a link to the original pictures.

What do you do with the source pictures after they are uploaded to the listing? Keep them? Delete them?

I have heard that one should hold onto them in case the buyer has issues. On the other side it gets a bit consumptive on device storage to hold on to them.

Sort of a ‘what you sent me isn’t what you showed in the listing’ or ‘the item came damaged I want a refund’ when you can clearly see that the item in their pictures isn’t the item you sent. Or that the issue they are complaining about is clearly described and shown.

Anyway
1. Do you keep the original pictures or dump them after the listing goes active.

2. Have you ever had an instance where you had to go reference the source photos? Or those photos taken with the uploaded photos that didn't get into the listing?

How much do you charge for shipping? Any discounts for multiple purchases by same person? Who do you ship through? Thank you so much.
