The first amendment allows John Cusack to speak up if he wants to. I appreciate those who speak up against injustice.

Every film he's made, he stands tall in. I first noticed him in "Sixteen Candles" and thought, now THIS is an actor.

 I have
1. thought John Cusack was charming and a very likeable actor since Better Off Dead. That never changed. To this day, I will continue to watch whatever he is in.
2. not always agreed with his politics, but
3. always admired John Cusack's conviction and integrity.

He's one of the few Hollywood celebs that I would want to have an opportunity to meet or have a conversation with, preferably about poetry, art, or spiritual philosophy and beliefs. It would be interesting to see what he likes to read.
I hope John will continue to work, and that good roles will come his way. We need more like him in the world.

Love and Mercy is amazing. Must Love Dogs is fun. High fidelity is amazing. Serendipity is gentle. Every film is a gem. I love John Cusack.

He should go to England and act there. They are much better actors and they have much more opportunities for parts, even if that is only community theater, because acting is a very vibrant genre that the British people embrace and participate in fully and thoroughly. I think he woukd be happier there. I'd love to see him do a Cold War spy/intelligence film.

This is a shame because he is such a very good actor.

Whatever he chooses, we wish him the very best.
