  As a doctor speaking from a clinical and anatomical standpoint, I’m explaining a simple geometric concept. Some semen-related structures are in the peritoneal cavity, while others are in the pelvic cavity. Imagine a 3D space: one structure is in front (anterior), another in the back (posterior), and a third is either above or below—not on the same vertical level.<br><br>Even though this third structure is vertically lower or higher, it still sits in between the front and back structures when viewed from above. So, even if it’s not on the exact straight line (axis) between them, it’s still positioned in the same front-to-back direction. That’s why, in clinical geometry, we can still describe it as being “between” the two. This is similar to what we see in surgical anatomy and medical imaging. In scans like CT or MRI, we use different section planes—axial (horizontal), sagittal (side view), and coronal (front view)—to assess spatial relationships. When viewed in an axial (top-down) section, a structure can clearly appear between two others along the front-to-back line, even if it’s higher or lower in the body. That’s why we still clinically describe it as “between” them.<br><br>If I were to dig deeper into Qur’anic Arabic, I could explain how classical Arabic also allows for this kind of relational expression, even with vertical displacement. <br>And btw in medicine and anatomy it always goes that way when we describe structures in relation to each other (medial, lateral, anterior, posterior).

  I feel bad and empethatic when I come across guys like Jacob, confused, misinformed and lied to.   I am a medical doctor. Seminal vescicles, prostate is in pelvic area... Can be called in abdominal area in broader term or between backbone and lower rib as well. I am surprised that Allah used &apos;Gushing fluid&apos; instead of semen!!! It is accurate. Alhamdulillah.<br>Allah mentioned &apos;embryo&apos; as &apos;chewing meat&apos; like substance as well which is 100% accurate according to modern embryology. This itself proof Quran is from outside this world because this is impossible to say without ultrasonography machine or microscope. SubhanAllah.<br>I don&apos;t speak arabic of English. Sorry for my bad English.
