You are not able to rev and also getting codes from one bank because the maf on one bank its not conected to the intake , ecu doesnt know whats going on on that bank...

For ISTA for E60 You need KDCAN cable un cannot use ENET cable (meant for F and G series), thats why it doesnt read, if you wanna read every BMW E F G series then the best will be ICOM which is buyable in BMW dealer in europe it was around 400-500€
