Despite thousands of hours in this game, I think the only master training quest I’ve ever done was the alchemy training. Cheers to a new year 🎉

Hey Bard! Thanks for yet again amazing video. I came up with a challenge run that you might be interested in. "Can I beat thieves guild with MAX amount of followers?". The followers are: Jauffrey, Martin, Adoring fan, Erthor, Maglir, Guilbert and Reynald Jemane, Mazoga, Umbacano with Claude Maric, Francois Motierre, Castellan Athon, Ulrich Leland, Velwyn Benirus + 4 scapms from scamp staff + atronach from frostcrag spire + dog from shivering isles - all together! That would be one hell of a run!

For some reason I really adore the way older TES games did skill trainers, with all that crumbs of lore hinting at obscure NPCs in off-the-road locations that could teach you this or that. Morrowind was a favourite of mine in this regard, you could stumble into random cave, cast a charm spell on random fellow squatting in daedric-infested ruins and find out he is a master trainer in Enchanting. A small feature that to me adds so much vibe to exploring the world.

I just realized: "Aerin's camp" is missing its Aerin. "Irene" is mentioned as a great Acrobat. I think the person creating the location was meant to create "Irene's camp" but was told about it in person and misunderstood and spelled it "Aerin's Camp" and they couldn't get the VA back in to redo the lines, so they just gave the spot to a new Nord character.

So happy you’re still playing regular oblivion, not the remaster!
