  This is one of my biggest fears as a gay teen, growing up where some of the queer community is purely about sex gives me fear that I’ll never find an actual relationship

  A really good portrayal of how difficult life can be for young lgbt+ people. Sex is often available via an app, but relationships and love can be elusive.

  This is such a brilliant portrayal of modern dating and how it&apos;s been infiltrated by hookup culture. It&apos;s like nobody can even have a human conversation anymore, it&apos;s just &quot;what do you look like, what age are you, where you at, are you free tonight&quot;, and then at a certain point it just feels like too much effort to fight it and you just give in and become a part of it.<br>Also on a filmmaking note I really loved the choice to not show exactly what happened in the car on that first hookup, and just to have the audio play over him sitting there remembering it, showing that it is replaying over and over in his mind and will probably continue to replay over again in his mind for years and years. I think a lot of people can relate to the feeling of how those regretful hookups never leave your mind, they just replay again and again and haunt you.

  As a teenager in the 1950&apos;s I have often thought of how much easier it has to be today. Then I see videos like this and I wonder if maybe we had it easier?

  ‘You free tonight’, and then the circle is closed. The story repeats itself again and again. Very good story and unfortunately too true. True love is not easy to find. Thank god, I have been with my man for 15 years now :-)

  Excellent short film , brilliant reflection on the tech climate and isolation for young lgbt+ people. You captured the yearning to explore and emotional backlashes due to guilt and shame brilliantly.

  It was much the same 52 years ago when I was 16. I will be celebrating 5 years with my man in July. It took a long time to find him, and he’ll outlive me by decades. But we couldn’t be happier.

  <b>To anyone that is in that cycle and wants to get out, be loved, have companionship.</b> Speak to someone you trust, that cares for you. Should be there no one reach out to a helping group. And by any chance find a kind/empathetic therapist. You are good. You are worth it to be yourself, to be in love with someone that has mutual feelings. Be save, healthy and loved.<br><br>It hurt my heart to see what happened here. This story happens everyday somewhere. I know it happened before I was born and nowadays in another way worse. I know what these people are going through. As I have seen it, lived it and still see it happen. I hurt others and myself. By a stroke of luck, a random encounter without expecting it I met someone. Someone I fell in love with that I am for years together with. We have gone through alot in those years, in bad as in good and are happy to have each other. I was the first one to be kind and caring to him, and he was the first one willing to stay by my side and help me through my bad times. It changed us to be a better self to ourselves and others.<br><br><b>To the creators, thank you for this film.</b> <br>❤🧡💛💚💙💜

  After using relationship apps for too long, I started feeling like I wasn’t good enough, which is why I received so much ghosting after two or three dates. The best decision I’ve made was to stop using them. Now, I feel like my life is calmer and better.
